3, Cut the pipes
Use a pipe cutter to cut the PPR pipes at right angles to the pipe axis. Ensure that the cuts are clean and smooth.
4, Deburr the pipes
Use a deburring tool to remove any burrs or cutting chips from the cutting area.
5, Mark the welding depth
Use a marker to mark the welding depth of the pipe. This will ensure that the pipe is inserted into the correct depth in the heating sleeve.
6, Heat the pipes and fittings
Insert the end of the pipe without turning into the heating sleeve up to the marked welding depth. At the same time, slide the fitting without turning into the other side of the heating tool up to the stop. Heat the pipes and fittings for the required heating time, as indicated in the table below

7, Weld the pipes and fittings
At the end of the heating time, remove the pipe and fittings from the heating tool and push them immediately against each other up to the mark indicating the welding depth. The depth mark will be covered with the welding bead. Do not rotate the pipes and fittings relative to each other during this process.
8, Allow the joint to cool
Allow the joint to cool fully before using it. Do not apply ay stress to the joint until it has fully cooled.
9, Repeat the process
Repeat the process for all pipes and fittings, ensure that each joint is allowed to cool fully before proceeding to the next one.
